Women empowerment is a big word which encompasses several aspects of life. The power to say yes to things that are considered unfeminine, the power to say no to things that the society expects us to do just because you are a woman.

Females in India go through several kinds of social and physical suppression, a lot of it (allegedly) intended to keep us safe and help us lead better lives. With the advent of the 20th century people started questioning parameters for women, those which have been in place for several centuries. The woman of today wishes to break away from many of those traditions, stereotypes and thoughtline.
